agenticsocial ("agenticsocial," "we," "us," or "our") operates a platform that lets you build, schedule, and run automated social-content pipelines and connect your own servers and social-media accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service at agenticsocial.co (the "Service"), you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile image) as permitted by your Google account.
• Pipeline and configuration data. The pipelines, templates, schedules, and settings you create, including any content prompts or parameters you enter.
• Connected servers. Connection metadata for servers you enroll (host, address, location, status, notes). We do not collect or store your SSH private keys or server passwords.
• Third-party credentials. API keys and access tokens you choose to add (for example, social-posting providers, image providers, or AI providers). These are stored to operate the integrations you enable on your behalf.
• Run and usage data. Logs, status, artifacts, and timestamps generated when your pipelines run, plus basic usage and diagnostic information.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and run the pipelines you configure.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To connect to the third-party services and accounts you authorize, and to publish content you schedule.
• To monitor, debug, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Service providers. Infrastructure, authentication, and hosting providers that process data on our behalf.
• Integrations you enable. When you connect an account or provider, we send the data necessary to perform the actions you request (for example, publishing a post).
• Legal. When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.

Your content and connected accounts

You control the accounts, servers, and credentials you connect, and the content your pipelines produce and publish. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you connect. You can disconnect an account or remove a server or credential at any time from within the Service.

Data retention

We retain account and configuration data while your account is active. Run logs and artifacts are retained to provide history and diagnostics, and may be removed over time. When you delete your account or a specific resource, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS). Our agent architecture is designed so that connected servers dial out to our control plane rather than us holding direct access to your machines. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the email below. You may also delete most data directly within the Service.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
